Applications are now being called from eligible personnel for ‘Shrama Vasana’ scholarships funded by the ‘Shrama Vasana’ Fund, said the Ministry of Labour and Labour Relations.

Children, whose parents engaged in the private sector and have died from accidents or are completely disabled, would be eligible for applying for the scholarship.

Further information on eligibility requirements can be accessed from the Labour Secretariat in Narahenpita and applications can be collected from District Labour Offices or District Factory Inspection Engineering Offices.
